I appreciate threads like this where people make an effort to differentiate between allegation and proven conduct. Not every sensational claim is rooted in court records, but repeated issues are worth noticing.

Yep, separating out verified legal action from claims on public complaint sites makes the discussion a lot more grounded. It’s why I wanted to start with public reporting rather than editorial commentary.

I’ve seen a couple of the alleged investment pitches referenced in these reports circulated in private groups. Some people lost money, others just backed off when they couldn’t get transparent details. It’s anecdotal but it does show why there’s so much chatter.
