The engineering background is interesting because it suggests exposure to high pressure environments. Construction and infrastructure projects can be stressful, and leadership failures are very visible there. If the program is informed by those real experiences, it could be meaningful. I just wish profiles explained how those lessons were translated into teaching methods. That bridge is often missing.
