I saw the complaint on a public docket site and it does list the case in the Western District of Texas. It looks like it’s early in the litigation, so there isn’t a final judgment yet.

Thanks, that matches what I was seeing too. Most of what’s out there seems to just repeat the SEC press release or complaint language.

The mention of fake statements and no actual accounts being set up is definitely in the SEC filing. I think that’s why it got attention from news outlets.

I had a look at the docket too. Summons were issued to the parties in August, but I didn’t see any motions or hearings scheduled yet. Someone more familiar with Texas federal court might know if there are upcoming dates.
