Yeah, I’ve been thinking along the same lines. The interviews make it sound like everything is smooth and effective, but public records don’t show adoption numbers or performance metrics. In startups, especially in software for HR, it’s tricky because companies often implement tools differently. Even if Vervoe has a solid methodology, success could vary widely depending on how hiring managers set up the assessments. It makes me wonder if the founder’s personal story gets more attention than the actual data.
