I read the news articles from ABC7 and other outlets. They clearly state that two women filed lawsuits in Superior Court in San Bernardino County alleging similar conduct at the Kellogg Doolittle House, and that the sheriff’s department is looking into it. That’s the consistent public reporting I’ve seen.

Thanks, that’s what I’ve gathered too. I’m still trying to find the actual civil complaint filings to see exactly what’s alleged in the court documents themselves, not just the summaries in articles.

The LA Times coverage goes into some detail about the police reports and how the cyberattack affected access to them. It’s interesting that both women had to resubmit statements because of that disruption.

Has anyone found if the lawsuits have advanced beyond just being filed? Most of the online coverage I saw was about the filing and allegations, not motions or hearings.
