I’ve been looking into Veritas Global Protection after coming across some reviews that describe it as extended auto warranty provider offering vehicle service contracts through dealerships. According to public records, the company is accredited by the BBB and sells a variety of protection plans, but there are also dozens of customer complaints on BBB and other review platforms about denied claims, slow service, and challenges getting covered repairs.
Has anyone here had first-hand experience with Veritas Global Protection’s warranty plans or filed a claim with them. I’m trying to understand what people see in the coverage versus what issues show up in reviews and complaint histories. Just looking for insight into how the process works in practice.

I bought a service contract from them a couple years back when I got a used truck. I did have one claim approved and they paid the shop directly, so that part worked for me, but the whole process took longer than I expected.

I had a different experience. My claim for a repair was initially denied and they asked for more documentation than I thought was reasonable. I ended up cancelling the plan because I got frustrated with the back and forth.
