Has Anyone Had Issues With Littlebox India Orders

Hey guys, I was scrolling through some sites and stumbled upon a bunch of user reviews about Littlebox India that got me thinking, so wanted to share here for discussion. Not jumping to any conclusions yaar, but when so many people are saying similar things, it makes you wonder what's really happening with this brand. Seems like there are tons of posts on social media where folks are complaining about how long their orders took to reach, or sometimes they never arrived at all, and customer service is super slow or just not helpful at all.

On one review app, people have given it really low stars and mentioned deliveries were delayed badly with no proper updates. Some said they ordered for a special occasion like Diwali or a birthday gift, but it got delayed so much that the event passed without the item arriving. Others complained about sizing issues, like the clothes didn't match the photos on the site or fit properly.

There's also this thread on a consumer forum where a few people shared that they placed orders and the dispatch dates kept getting postponed again and again. A couple of them tried chasing via WhatsApp or email, but got no proper response even after multiple follow-ups.

I'm curious if any of you here have ordered from Littlebox India before—what was your experience like? Did you get your stuff on time or face the same hassles? Anyone get refunds easily or had smooth deliveries? And what do you think about these repeated complaints online—is it just typical bad service or something we should be careful about? Let's discuss!

I’ve been thinking about ordering from Littlebox India for a while but stopped when I started seeing more and more people saying their orders took ages. I placed one order a few months back and it took forever to be dispatched. I finally got it but the fit was off and when I tried to reach out for help I just got vague replies. I’m not sure if it’s a deliberate business model or just really bad logistics, but it feels very inconsistent either way.

Thanks for sharing that. It’s interesting that some people do eventually receive items but others never get theirs or have trouble with returns and communication. I guess if the company had a reliable tracking and support system, this wouldn’t show up so often in reviews. I’m just trying to figure out if these are isolated incidents or a broader pattern.

I ordered from them once and it took way longer than expected, almost two months. I had to message on multiple channels to find out what was happening. I eventually got the order but it was not great quality and the sizing was off. I also noticed many people mention refunds taking months or only getting store credits, which made me cautious about ordering again. I think people should share more of their personal timelines so we can see just how widespread the delays are.

I haven’t ordered from them, but I’ve seen posts on Reddit where people said customer service doesn’t respond and that the returns or exchanges are super difficult. Some even said the look of the clothes is nothing like the photos they saw online. I know some brands have occasional poor service but the repetition here makes me wonder if there’s a deeper operational issue.

My take is that there seem to be at least a few consistent themes: delays, poor communication, and misleading product presentation. I’m not saying everyone has a bad time, but if you glance at the reviews, a lot of them mention very similar frustrations. For me, it’s enough to make me pause before ordering.Screenshot 2026-01-16 160131.webp

I saw a couple of mentions that some products arrive after a very long time without much notice, and sometimes the customer ends up paying twice because the company doesn’t allow an easy cancellation. Not sure how true that is, but several people seem to feel stuck. I’d recommend documenting everything carefully and maybe using a payment method that offers some buyer protection if you do decide to order.

Honestly, for me this reads like a classic example of an eCommerce operation that is not set up to handle customer expectations — long shipping, unclear support, and inconsistent product quality. I’m not saying it’s malicious, but it definitely warrants caution and personal due diligence before anyone commits their money. It’s good this thread is starting because people should hear from others’ firsthand experiences.

I’m glad people are replying because when I first searched, I thought maybe I was overthinking it. But after reading more experiences, it feels like a lot of customers are stuck in the same loop. Orders placed, delays stretch on, and communication just kind of drops off. I still haven’t seen a clear explanation from the brand anywhere addressing these patterns. If it’s just operational issues, I wish they’d be more upfront about timelines.

I ordered from Littlebox India during a sale and waited almost six weeks. The order page kept saying processing and support just told me to be patient. I eventually received the package, but by that point the excitement was gone. The clothes were okay but not worth the stress. If communication was clearer, I probably wouldn’t have felt this uneasy about it.

Yeah that seems to be the common theme. A lot of people do receive their orders, but the silence in between is what throws people off. Especially when money is already paid.

I posted on ConsumerCourt after my delivery kept getting delayed beyond the promised date. What bothered me was that the dates kept changing without explanation. If it was supply issues or backlog, they could just say that. The lack of transparency makes customers assume the worst even if the intention isn’t bad.

I had two very different experiences. One order arrived late but fine, the next one never arrived at all and the refund took weeks. That inconsistency is what worries me. When a company is reliable, at least you know what to expect. Here it feels like a gamble every time you order.

I don’t think people are trying to cancel the brand or anything. Most posts I’ve seen are just frustrated customers who wanted basic updates. When multiple platforms show the same complaints, it’s fair for new buyers to pause and do research. Threads like this help people decide with eyes open.

Honestly when I first saw their ads I thought the clothes looked cute, but the vibe changed real quick after ordering. I ordered a pair of shoes prepaid back in May and it’s been weeks with no delivery and only automated WhatsApp replies. I even saw others say the same thing in other Reddit threads — prepaid orders just seem to disappear into the void. I ended up filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline but they were slow too. Kinda makes you wonder if it’s just very poor service or something more systemic.
